Website terms

Website terms.

These terms apply to clairewriteslaw.com. Paid work is governed by a separate written scope covering deliverables, price, responsibilities, ownership, schedule, and project-specific terms.

Marketing services, not legal advice

Claire Writes Law provides email marketing strategy, writing, editorial, and production support. This site is not a law firm, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that any communication is appropriate for a particular jurisdiction or firm.

Firm review and approval

Law firms remain responsible for legal accuracy, jurisdiction-specific advertising requirements, firm claims, disclaimers, sender information, consent requirements, unsubscribe practices, and final approval before an email is sent.

Examples and results

Fictional demonstrations are labeled. Past performance and examples do not guarantee future results. Email performance depends on many factors outside the control of Claire Writes Law, including list quality, audience, deliverability, reputation, offer, timing, and platform configuration.

Pricing and project scopes

Published prices are starting points unless a page says the scope is fixed. No paid engagement exists until both sides approve a written scope. If a written scope conflicts with this page, the written scope controls for that project.

Ownership

The site design, copy, and demonstration materials may not be republished or sold without written permission. Ownership and portfolio rights for paid client work are stated in the project scope. Third-party tools, fonts, images, and software remain subject to their own licenses.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or security-disrupting material; attempt to access another visitor's information; or submit privileged or sensitive personal information through a general inquiry form.

Availability and external services

The site and forms may depend on hosting, email, analytics, and other service providers. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Links to third-party sites are provided for context and do not make Claire Writes Law responsible for their content or practices.
